Cycled to my pre-op physical. I will definitely not be cycling to the post-op follow-up.

The boys dumped our UK change into a charity bucket at NCL.

Friends, family, cakes, finger sandwiches, scones, sausage rolls. A perfect last evening in Newcastle and the UK.

Spent much of the day in, above, under, and around York Minster.
