Cycled with a friend on bluffs above the Mississippi to a waterfall on the Vermillion River, Hastings. My friend’s wife drove us back to the Cities from a local Dairy Queen after we finished our Blizzards.

Tonight: Dueling Divas at the Dakota. Last month we saw these talented women in “Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner” at the Guthrie.

Lusted after the bikes at Hub Bike Co-op while a mechanic investigated a ticking sound coming from my bike’s headset. It had not ingested a mechanical clock.

Bought locally. This Saturday farmers market near our home lets us stock up with local produce we’ll enjoy much of the week.

Lugged a box down to the mail room, en route to an eBay buyer in a marine base in Guam in the Western Pacific.

Marched with 7,000 people because families belong together. We brought downtown to a halt, including the light rail.

Cycled aimlessly around the neighborhood. This former flour mill is now affordable lofts for artists.

Asked the city to give this Downtown Nicollet Mall grate a quarter turn.
