Unstable Weather: a Reason to Work
Unstable weather made it easy to stay inside to complete a task for a client. Now it’s sunny, so I’m off on my bike.

Holiday weekend at home. Today: put up our flag for Memorial Day.
Slow-Cooked Ribs
Holiday weekend at home. Cycled a loop: Chain of Lakes and Mississippi. Now, slow-cooking ribs on our old Weber.

Holiday weekend, a good weekend to stay close to home. Today: gardening, then cycling to Victory 44 for dinner.

Bike and lawn mower hang out together in the garage while I drive off to an office to design databases.
Root River State Trail
Cycled half the beautiful Root River State Trail in SE Minnesota with a friend. Refueled with ice cream and lefse.

It was good, today, to get my hands in dirt, planting annuals. Finally, it’s warm enough: a garden teaches patience.
