Towards the end of a walk in the rain, decided to pop into Trader’s to treat myself to a bunch of daffodils. Bought two pots of yogurt instead.

I’ve walked and cycled under this Mississippi road bridge many times, but I’d never noticed this until I looked up today. These bird nests somehow grip the underside of the bridge deck. The occupants of the leftmost two nests are peeking out

The painting in the men’s room at the restaurant where we were having dinner was upside down. We accused our 12-year-old nephew and his friend of the nefarious deed. (It was screwed to the wall because people kept turning it.)
