On the way, I stopped at Lake Harriet’s Bread and Pickle for one of the best breakfast sandwiches in the Cities.
The Twin Cities has an amazing network of dedicated bicycle trails. In the past few days I’ve cycled west to Excelsior on Lake Minnetonka, east to St. Paul and back along the Minnesota River, and followed a circular route along the Minneapolis Chain of Lakes and the Mississippi.
