Fry Spam slices, coat with shoyu/mirin/brown sugar glaze.
Stack in a musubi mold (or Spam can lined with plastic wrap):
—Spam slice
—Sushi rice mixed with a few drops of vinegar
—Optional furikake
Wrap with nori.
