Abandoned railroad track near Fort Snelling. We listened for ghost trains.

Ice fishing houses, Forest Lake, gray day. I was enjoying a peaceful walk while the nephews were at school.

Spotted these knitted tree warmers at French Meadow. I warmed up inside with Cajun hash browns.

On my run round the lake, today…

Soldered LEDs, resistors, and wires. Next week, we’ll use these lights to build Christmas ornaments with our nephews.

Bus to NE edge of Minneapolis. Walked back home through a variety of neighborhoods including postindustrial Nordeast.
