What dangerous windchill? My nephews had a blast. We also ran through the skyways of Minneapolis and St. Paul.

Urban hike on fresh snow with a friend from the UK. We spent the day exploring postindustrial Nordeast Minneapolis.

Walked with a friend: Minneapolis, both sides of the Mississippi, plus close encounter with a grain train.

Urban hike in falling snow: 10-mile loop following railroads all the way. Some “No Trespassing” signs were ignored.

Misty walk with a friend round Lake Nokomis. We made it before the rain started in earnest.
