Today we cycled a rail trail: Heartland Trail, Up North.

Cycled rolling hills, Up North.

Attended the wedding of our niece in a small town in Minnesota.

Our bicycles heading north on Interstate 94 at 70 miles an hour.

No nephews on my cycle ride today. I miss them and I miss not knowing what happens when you punch red buttons.

Took my nephews bicycling: four playgrounds, three cafes, a library, and a hospital pathology department. Plus LEGO.

Bought LED light bulbs for my playroom, the space formerly known as my office. I’m saving almost a half kilowatt.
