A Place Where Two Seas Collide
Getting to Rishiri Island via Wakkanai (northern Hokkaido) from Minneapolis is straightforward, with a few perturbations. Walked under a breakwater in Wakkanai, northern Hokkaido. In WWII it was used as a submarine repair facility.
