This catches my eye every time I walk past it in Minneapolis Central Library. Today was no exception.

Library afternoon. Helped people to navigate poorly designed Web forms to find jobs and decent health insurance.

My library afternoon: people with work history, but no home address or phone, applying for jobs with no health plans.
