One Final Mow
One final mow. I abandoned the mower at the next-door neighbors’ house.
Try Finding This
Took photos for an instruction manual for our (almost former) house for the new owners. A stone slab hides this irrigation valve box.
Flower Towers Showing Off
Our flower towers demanded our attention.
A Full Bin
Once I filled The Brute with weeds, I fled on my bike to avoid seeing more yard interlopers. At least no weeds will be knee-high by the 4th.
Ripening Tomatoes
Today, our tomatoes continued to ripen.
Long Growing Season
Harvested kale for dinner tonight. This promises to be the longest growing season ever recorded.
Planting Bulbs en Masse
Dwight + electric drill + auger made light work of bulb-planting.
Weeding
Thoroughly weeded the backyard. Later, I found more weeds hiding in plain sight.
Home-Grown Beans
Beans with dinner tonight. I planted the seeds at the end of May.
