Hazy Minneapolis skyline from Lake of the Isles. I could taste and smell the smoke from the Canadian wildfires.

Today’s high will be in the 80’s. Time to throw something on the barbecue.

A friend and I cycled in search of St. Paul’s architecture. I love this alley beside the James J. Hill House.

Got a car-load of plants for the garden.

Found an alternate cycle route: the Saint Anthony Parkway Bridge, one of my favorites, was being dismantled.

It must be Monday.

After cycling an appropriate number of miles, we stopped for a beer.

After walking round two lakes with a friend, we were ready for two scoops of ice cream… each.

On our cycle ride, paused for essential nutrients.

Walked in the rain to my CT scan/bone scan follow-up. There’s no sign of metastasis.
