Took a local train from Fukuoka to a bus to a ferry to Oshima Island in the Sea of Japan. Hiked an OLLE course around the island. Related

Tonight in Onomichi, a bicycle hotel in a former warehouse: cycle to the front desk, bike rack on wall of room, repair shop, local beer. Related
Cycled above the Seto Inland Sea across bridges and islands. Related
Hiked a section of the Nakasendo in Nagano Prefecture. The Nakasendo follows the route of an ancient mail road that ran from Kyoto to Tokyo. Related
