Take a Picture Sweetie

Took a picture on my cycle ride through Downtown.

Cycled with a friend in search of unique Minneapolis, including Red Cedar Lane, a leafy street of old architect-designed homes.

Cycled to Bde Maka Ska, the largest lake in Minneapolis. Feasted on fish and chips at Tin Fish for the first time this season

My walk today had a point: find mouse doors. I found three.

Looked at 24 bronze sculptures of old Marcy Holmes neighborhood buildings. We then found some of the buildings that are still standing.

Consumed a cake filled with cream and marzipan after exploring the Turnblad Mansion at the American Swedish Institute.

All but two of the fourteen counter stools were occupied when we walked into the tiny Ideal Diner for a mid-morning breakfast.

Walked beside the Mississippi past old buildings.

Walked past 19th century homes on Nicollet Island in the middle of the Mississippi, close to Downtown.

On my Lake of the Isles jog today: Icehenge setup. The wooden forms will be removed and the resultant ice columns illuminated by candles.
