It was time for an annual checkup with my internist via Google Duo. Previously, Dwight took my blood pressure and I cycled to a nearby clinic for labs. A cat favored a spot in front of the camera, occasionally framing the doc’s face between its legs. I embrace the new normal.

Spotted this while walking with friends. We all agreed with the message but not the medium.

Stocked up for Saturday night movie night. Izzy’s used to make ice cream next door; now, I have to walk over to a Lunds & Byerlys supermarket to pick up this guilty pleasure.

Not a Day for a Fair-Weather Cyclist
Decided today was not the best day for cycling, with snow falling about one inch per hour. On my walk, I did spot a few cyclists and a shirtless runner.
