Sheep’s Head Peninsula

Posted about our current base for hiking: Sheep’s Head Peninsula, southwest Ireland.

Sheep’s Head Peninsula: walked on a ridge trail on peat, rock, and heather, with the Atlantic on each side.

Today, we start walking The Sheep’s Head Way.

On my walk today: one final view of the Chicago skyline before heading to O’Hare.

Walked past bleachers for tonight’s Aquatennial Parade. I prefer to walk than to watch people walking.

The Green Line is about to open, so I wrote about walking the route of the Green Line.

Had to drive today to avoid lightning. So, I wrote about a walk through Northeast Minneapolis.

On my Lake of the Isles walk today, the ducks were also having a good time.

Checked my gear. I bought this shoe in February. My hiking boots fared better.
