Hiked a section of the Nakasendo in Nagano Prefecture. The Nakasendo follows the route of an ancient mail road that ran from Kyoto to Tokyo.
Pause for an Olle Hike
Paused my train journey north from Nagasaki to hike one more Kyushu OLLE course. Trail markers include blue and red ribbons.
Oshima Island
Took a local train from Fukuoka to a bus to a ferry to Oshima Island in the Sea of Japan. Hiked an OLLE course around the island.
