Koke’e State Park Hike
Our hike in Koke’e State Park started with this view of the Napali Coast. We hiked backcountry trails where most of the vegetation is still native. Towards the end it rained, and we hit mud. Hot showers, the washer and dryer, and Dwight’s boot-cleaning skills.
Nu’alolo Trail
Hiked the Nu’alolo Trail, Koke’e State Park.
Okolehao Trail
Hiked Kauai’s muddy Okolehao Trail to great views. Some areas in the distance are still off-limits after 50-inches of rain in 24 hours in April 2018 destroyed roads, bridges, and trails. This was the most rain ever recorded in the United States.
