Unwanted Electrical Outlet
“Disappeared” an electrical outlet. There’s an outlet behind the pillar, but the developer had added an outlet to the middle of this wall. Today I removed it and Dwight painted a cover plate. Replaced the plates on our ’96 Honda using a sheet metal cutter, an electric drill, drywall mounting parts, and other miscellaneous tools.
Fixing Niggles
It was time to fix a few niggling things around the house, including replacing this cracked drawer bracket.
Replacing a Faucet
Dust everywhere: wore out a grinding wheel slightly enlarging the hole through the counter for a replacement faucet.
Hacked Board
Hacked garage door opener controller board. The heavy duty soldering iron didn’t fry the board, and the hack worked.
